By using Bolrach Mail or Bolrach Workspace mail you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
No spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or harm deliverability for others.
Service level
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Beta features may change.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bolrach is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months before a claim, or CAD $100 if none.
Governing law
Laws of Alberta, Canada. Courts in Edmonton, Alberta, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
